Handling fee
Our fee for buying, receiving, checking and packing your goods in Japan — set for your account, not taken from a public price list.
- 02
Delivery to Bangladesh
The Japan-to-Bangladesh delivery cost, agreed for the kind of goods you buy and the volumes you send.

Yen-to-taka rate
The exchange rate used on your orders, agreed with you, so you can price your stock with confidence.

Minimum order volume
The order size your rates are built on. Reach it and your agreed rates apply to the whole order.

Questions
DakBox B2B, answered.
Who is DakBox B2B for?
Businesses and traders in Bangladesh that buy from Japan regularly or in bulk — shops, online sellers, wholesalers, workshops, factories, offices and institutions.
How is my price set?
You and DakBox agree four things: the handling fee, the delivery cost to Bangladesh, the yen-to-taka rate and your minimum order volume. They are written in your price sheet before your first order, so every order is priced the same way.
What happens if an order is below my minimum?
The order can still go ahead. The below-minimum handling fee and delivery rates written in your price sheet apply to that order, so you always know the price before you confirm it.
Is the yen-to-taka rate fixed?
The rate used on your orders, and how long it holds, are part of your agreement with DakBox.
Where does DakBox buy from?
Japanese marketplaces and online stores such as Amazon Japan, Rakuten, Mercari, Yahoo! Shopping and Yahoo! Auctions, brand stores, and Japanese suppliers you name.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every order is confirmed in Taka and comes with an invoice.
Is there anything you cannot source?
Items that cannot legally leave Japan or enter Bangladesh. See the prohibited and restricted items list, or ask us about a specific product.
